Torben's Tree House

Torben is the Danish derivative of the Norwegian Torbjörn and means “Tor’s (Thor) bear.” Tor is the god of thunder in Norse mythology. When we named Torben we wanted a Norwegian name, but also wanted something pronounceable by English speakers. We liked Torbjörn but decided that the Danish derivative would be easier to pronounce so we went with Torben.

Torben is really enjoying eating. He is a very serious eater like Rohan was.

    I was thinking the same thing as Dave. Torben reminds me so much of Rohan as a baby. Especially that picture of him in the grass. He is so cute.
